Exchanges: Free Shipping Both Ways
Need a larger size? Or different style? No problem! If within 15 days of receiving your online costume order from you want to exchange your item, our exchange program provides free shipping both ways.

Here's How it Works

1. Login to your account and request a return merchandise authorization number for the item(s) you wish to return for an exchange. Check the box that indicates you wish to return the item(s) for exchange. A maximum of three (3) costume items per order may be returned for an exchange.

2. Within seconds we will send you an Exchange Code that will enable you to place another order online at with free shipping. The Exchange Code will also extend any coupon discounts you may have received on your original order to your new exchange order.

3. Within five days, use the Exchange Code to make a new purchase from of equal or greater value as your original purchase. For example, if you wish to exchange a $29.99 costume that is too small, you will need to purchase another item(s) whose total is at least $29.99. You do not have to purchase the same costume -- you just have to make a new purchase with a merchandise total of $29.99 or more.

4. Ship the item(s) you are exchanging back to us using a traceable shipping method offered by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Be certain to write the RMA number on outside of the package. All returned item(s) are subject to our Return Policy. (During August - October please allow up to six weeks for merchandise refunds to be processed.)

5. Login to your account online and provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.

6. Within two business days (or less) we will issue a $7.99 credit to the payment method you used to place the exchange order.

  • Sizes can vary wildly for seasonal costumes -- and from one manufacturer to the next. We therefore suggest that before requesting an exchange you double check the sizing chart for the item you're thinking about exchanging. You'll find sizing information on the product page of every item we sell.
