AMAZON CUSTOMERS. If you placed an order on Amazon.com and wish to initiate a return, please login to your Amazon account to request an RMA. We cannot issue an RMA on our website for an order that was originally purchased on Amazon.com. Amazon requires the RMA be done through their system.
While the costume industry standard has been not to allow returns or refunds, we're different! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand problems occasionally occur with orders and deliveries. We also understand that sometimes customers change their mind. Our commitment is to provide the best, hassle-free resolution we can. There are of course some conditions which apply to this policy so we encourage you to read the specifics detailed below and in the links to the right.
As an alternative, you may exchange your costume purchase using our Free Exchange Program.
ONLINE ORDERS: All Delivery Pickup Options
If you purchase an item online on this website and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 15 days for a refund of the cost of the merchandise (see details/limitations). This includes orders that are placed online and picked up at a local Halloween Express retail store.
ONLINE ORDERS: In-Store Pickup Purchases
For the 2015 Halloween season, In-Store Pickup orders that are picked up at the store on or after Saturday October 24, 2015 are NOT eligible to be returned. All sales final. For sales prior to October 24, 2015 if you purchase an item online on this website and PICK UP YOUR ORDER at a local Halloween Express retail store and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to any participating Halloween Express retail store within 3 days for a refund of the cost of the merchandise (see details/limitations). Not all Halloween Express retail stores participate in the Buy Online Pickup In-Store program so make sure you check our store locator to confirm the store you are returning the order to is participating.
