Costume includes: Beautiful Two-Tier Southern Belle dress with ruffle sleeves and neck. Midriff tie with traditional Southern style hat. Hat includes matching ribbon tie. Hooped bottom gives a rich full look.

Small fits (4-6)
Medium fits (8-10)
Large fits (12-14).

My daughter wanted to be a Southern Belle for Halloween. Such a cute outfit and very comfortable. The underskirt would make it difficult if you are going to be doing a lot of sitting in the outfit.
