The Simpsons Costumes

The Simpsons Movie came to theatres in 2007. The film is based on the animated comedy series from the Fox Network. The Simpsons movie features the same cast of crazy and quirky characters that we’ve all come to know and love for well over twenty years.

How much trouble can Homer get himself into? As usual, the Simpson’s movie proves that there seems to be no limit to this. Homer has adopted a pig that escaped from Krusty Burger and named him Spider Pig. Quickly the pig has filled up an entire silo with its excrement and Homer needs to get rid of it in a hurry. Homer makes the unfortunate decision to take the silo loaded with Pig doo and dump it in the lake. This causes the lake to become highly polluted, so much so that the EPA must take immediate action. Springfield is ordered destroyed and in the meantime a giant glass dome is placed over the entire city, encasing it within. Through some dumb luck, Homer and the Simpson family escape the dome and now must find a way to save Springfield from the EPA!

The Simpson’s movie and television show offer a variety of humorous possibilities for Halloween costumes. You can dress as the blundering Homer, the bratty Bart, or even as Marge with her very large bouffant of Blue Hair. Take your Halloween to the limits of silliness with a Simpson’s character. D’oh!
