Step-by-Step Instructions for Creating a Sansa Stark Costume Look:
Step One: Begin with a clean and dry face. Using a damp sponge, apply a fair foundation to the entire face. We have chosen a shade that is a bit lighter than our model’s natural skin tone as Sansa is very fair. For our foundation, we have used Creamblend stick makeup in Soft Peach. (#DD95) Blend the makeup in well on the face and onto the neck if desired.
Step Two: Apply Creamy Beige EYE Cream (#DD342) to the entire eyelid area with a sponge tip applicator. Blend in well.
Step Three: Apply Taupe Shadoliner (#DD343) to the crease of the upper eyelid and onto the outer corners of the eye, blending well. Using a small brush, brush this color underneath the lower eyelashes as well.
Step Four: With a brown eye pencil (#DE01) line along the upper lash line and then along the bottom lash line. This softer shade will add definition to the eyes and help them to stand out while still maintaining the integrity of Sansa’s minimalist makeup look.
Step Five: Apply a set of very natural, wispy false eyelashes. The wispy lashes will bring out the eyes while still keeping with a light makeup theme.
Step Six: Using Cheek Cream in Bronze (#DD145), dab the color on the cheeks with a damp sponge, blending in well. Sansa is very young, so keep the color on the apples of the cheeks as much as possible. Blend well for a very natural look.
Step Seven: Using Colorset Setting Powder (#DD321) and a fluffy brush, powder down the entire face with the powder to set the makeup and to prevent any smudging.
Step Eight: With a small brush, apply LIP Cream in Natural to the lips. (#DD103) Blot the lips with a tissue.
After you have finished painting on the eyelashes, it’s time to line the mouth. Paint on a smile line out from the sides of the mouth and paint a line of black across the center of the mouth to finish.
Now it’s time to get dressed in your favorite medieval era costume. For our Sansa look, we have chosen the Maid Marian Costume. (#IC11010) To create Sansa’s signature auburn hair, we have accessorized our Sansa look with the Gilded Goddess Wig (#CC70760) and the Gothic Hooded Cloak. (#UR29404) Our Sansa has met up with Lord Petyr Peter Baelish, someone with whom she has a complicated relationship. Our Lord Baelish is wearing the Neo Costume (#RU15032), the Gandalf Brooch (#RU1101) and the Super Dude Wig. (#MR178126)
