Belle

Beauty and the Beast's Belle is quite an amazing woman.  She's beautiful to be sure--but her repertoire of remarkable personal qualities goes well beyond her attractive exterior.  Belle lives in a village that is primarily comprised of old-fashioned, very traditional folks who are rather old-fashioned and set in their ways.  Belle's independent, intelligent and rather feisty and adventurous personality doesn't exactly fit in with the norm of her community.  In spite of the harsh judgments of those around her, Belle fully embraces her many unique traits without hesitation or apology.  Belle is an avid reader and a precocious bookworm.  She wants to see the world beyond her provincial village and live a life filled with adventure and exploration,

When Belle encounters the beast for the first time, she not only proves that she is brave and strong but also exemplifies great compassion, curiosity, and humanity.  Belle's ability to see beyond the frightful exterior of the beast into his heart allows her to ultimately make a lasting connection with him as an abiding and loving friend.

Some of Belle's best lines:

"I want adventure in the great wide somewhere!  I want it more than I can tell!

"He's no monster Gaston; you are!"

"You should learn to control your temper."

Beast

Long before the beast became the beast, he was actually a prince.  Unfortunately, the prince was rather immature, selfish and spoiled.  Continually prone to bad behavior, the prince was cursed by an enchantress as a punishment, the result being his transformation into a hideous beast.  The only way to remove the terrible spell was to find the true love of a woman before the last petal fell from the enchanted rose on his 21st birthday.

On the exterior, the Beast does look very frightening and monstrous.  Underneath all that awfulness on the outside, however, the beast is mostly a wise and kind-hearted person although he does have moments of hot temper and fits of rage.  When he begins to fall in love with Belle, the Beast becomes very humble and contrite, utterly desperate to find a way to reach out to her and make her happy.

Some of the Beast's best lines:

"I've never felt this way about anyone. I want to do something for her...but what?"

"You...you came back!"

"I'm just fooling myself, she'll never see me as anything...but a monster."

Power Rangers

If you've chosen to dress up as one of the Power Rangers this Halloween, it's time to get ready for a fun-filled, action-packed adventure.  Here is some background scoop on each of the main Rangers so that when you hear, "Go, Go, Power Rangers, you are ready to spring into action.

Red Ranger-The Red Ranger's real name is Jason Lee Scott.  Before leading the Power Rangers, Jason was a popular and well-known kid in his hometown.  A star quarterback with a disarming charm, Jason was well on his way to living out his dreams.  After a car accident changed his future, Jason is anxious to redeem his life. Being a part of the Power Rangers is the perfect way to get things back on track as he helps a group of misfit teens become Power Rangers and to find their greatness. Jason possesses incredible fighting skills, and his weapon of choice is a Power Sword.

Blue Ranger-Billy Cranston is the brainiac of the Power Rangers.  In spite of his intelligence, Billy is very socially awkward, suffering from OCD as well as autism.  Historically, Billy has never had many friends so when Jason befriends him, the bond of friendship means the world to him.  Billy is the group's gadget maker and technical genius.

Pink Ranger-Kimberly Ann Hart is the Pink Ranger.  Once upon a time, Kimberly was on of those most popular girls in school.  After a mysterious six-month absence, Kimberly returns to school to find her arrival shrouded in whispers and rumors.  Kimberly protects her vulnerability with an edgy, tough girl attitude.  Harboring a big secret, Kimberly finds acceptance amongst the Power Rangers.  Kimberly's weapon of choice is a Power Bow.

Yellow Ranger-Trini Kwan moved so many times as a child that she always felt like she was the new girl in school.  When she became the Yellow Power Ranger, she went from being an introspective loner to a ranger who truly is a force to be reckoned with. Trini prefers to fight with Power Daggers.

Some of the best Power Rangers lines and catchphrases include:

"It's Morphin' Time!"

"Shift into Turbo!"

"Let's Rocket!"

"Power Up!"

"Go Rangers!"

Jack Sparrow

Likely one of the most memorable pirate characters ever to come to film, Captain Jack Sparrow returns to the silver screen this summer to star in the Pirates of the Caribbean Franchise fifth installment, "Dead Men Tell no Tales."  Recreating the character of Jack Sparrow for your next Halloween party is a perfect choice!  Jack Sparrow is a free-spirited pirate who breaks the mold when it comes to what you might assume about pirates in general.  Jack is a little off-kilter, perhaps even mildly crazy, but is still sage and quick witted.  Jack would much rather fight his foes with his brains and wit than with a sword, although he is a fairly decent swordfighter.  Jack can be very creative as well as a bit acrobatic when he fights and does tend to improvise when necessary, even once using a coconut as a weapon.  Jack is eccentric, manipulative, witty and very calculating.  Jack carries a silver plated pistol and a short cutlass on his person and regards his hat and compass as his most prized possessions.

Some of Jack Sparrow's best lines include:

"Why is the rum always gone?"

"Why fight when you can negotiate?"

"Not all treasure is silver and gold, mate."

"I regret nothing, ever."

"Hide the rum!"

"Pirate's Life!"

Wonder Woman

Arguably one of the most fantastic female superheroes ever, Wonder Woman is finally being featured in her own feature film set for release in the early summer of 2017.  Movies aside, Wonder Woman remains one of the most popular female characters for costume dress up and with good reason.  Wonder Woman is strong, powerful, fearless and beautiful!  Daughter of an Amazonian Queen, Wonder Woman (aka Princess Diana) is one of the most heroic defenders of peace, truth, and justice.  One of the most iconic female superheroes, Wonder Woman, embodies many exceptional qualities.  Wonder Woman is compassionate and kind but remains a real force to be reckoned with when the situation calls for action.  Never one to avoid conflict, Wonder Woman is a fierce fighter and has honed her combat skills to fight to win.  Wonder Woman possesses many special powers including superhuman strength, speed, agility, and endurance.  Wonder Woman heals rapidly and possesses ultra-keen senses.  Additionally, when it comes to straight up hand-to-hand combat, Wonder Woman is just unsurpassed.  In spite of her incredible physical prowess, Wonder Woman is deeply warmhearted and empathetic.  Last but not least, Wonder Woman is blessed with striking beauty!

Some of Wonder Woman's best lines include:

"I'm still Wonder Woman!"

"Snap!"

"I know who raised me and what I was raised to be."

"Of all people, you know who I am...who the world needs me to be.  I'm Wonder Woman."

Batman

Batman is one of the most well-known superheroes of all time but is also one of the most elusive.  When Batman is not busy being Batman, he hobnobs around Gotham City as Playboy, tycoon and billionaire, Bruce Wayne.  Batman doesn't possess any extraordinary or magical superpowers, but because of his superior intelligence and finely honed physical strength, he still functions well against even the most notorious enemies, which are many.  These villains include The Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, Two-Face, Scarecrow, Bane, Poison Ivy and The Riddler, just to name a few.   Using his keen moral compass as his guide, Batman tries vigilantly to maintain law and order in Gotham City in spite of rampant crime and a never-ending stream of bad behavior by the local criminals.

Some of Batman's best lines include:

Holy _________, (Fill in the blank with most any word that fits the situation.)

"I'm whatever Gotham needs me to be."

"It's not who I am underneath but what I do that defines me."

"You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

"All men have limits.  They learn what they are and learn not to exceed them.  I ignore mine."

"I am vengeance.  I am the night.   I am Batman."

"I am Batman."

Harley Quinn

At first glance, it's easy to assume that Harley Quinn is just a ditzy, psychotic criminal who works in cahoots with one of Gotham City's most notorious villains, The Joker.  Harley Quinn is actually far more intelligent than she may seem.  Once a psychiatrist working for Arkham Asylum for the criminally insane, Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel (aka Harley Quinn) became fascinated and perhaps a little bit obsessed with the Joker when he was her patient in the mental hospital.  One thing led to another, and before long, Harley found herself head over heels in love with the Joker. Sensing an opportunity to manipulate Harley, the Joker played along just enough to keep Harley coming back for more--and to get Harley to help him break out of Arkham.  The mad love affair continued, and eventually, Harleen changed her name to Harley and abandoned her psychiatric career for a life of crime, fully devoting herself to the Joker.

Harley behaves in a very bubbleheaded way, but don't let this fool you.  Harley is very smart.  In addition to being smart, Harley is very loyal and compassionate to those she cares about.  On the flip side, she has little or no regard for the law or any hesitancy whatsoever when it comes to committing all manner of egregious acts, including murder, to further her evil agenda.  Although once a respected citizen, now Harley has fully embraced a life of crime and is completely corrupted by her diabolical life path.  Harley's relationship with the Joker is highly dysfunctional and very abusive--but this doesn't seem to stop her from continually coming back to him.  Harley will do all manner of crazy things in the name of love, and the Joker continues to manipulate her, almost to the brink of madness.

"I'm going to kill you.  For everything, you've done to me.  All the times you've made me feel useless and small.  For all the times I will never forget.  For all the things I can never forgive."

"Why can't a girl be nice to a guy without the mook trying to murder her?"

"Oh, come on, Puddin! Don't you wanna rev up your Harley?  Vroom, vroom!"

"I found the Joker's psyche disturbing, his dementia alarming and his charm, irresistible!  What can I tell ya?  The guy just did it for me!"

"We're bad guys.  It's what we do!"

The Joker

When it comes to criminals and villains, The Joker is arguably Batman's number one problem.  The Joker takes evil, cruelty, and madness to a whole new level.  Because of his general instability, the Joker is very unpredictable when it comes to his criminal behavior. This frightening lack of scruples makes the Joker act in a highly deranged and psychotic manner, making him extremely dangerous for Batman as well as Gotham City in general.

The Joker has a background in Chemical Engineering as well as weapon design.  The Joker cares little about money but seems to take pleasure out of bringing problems to Batman and the good folks of Gotham City.  The Joker will go out of his way to conjure up weaponry that kills, maims, tortures or causes a mental breakdown in his victims.  Although at times the Joker can be mischievous and funny, he can make the switch to diabolical and violent in an instant.  The Joker is ruthless, callous and manipulative.

The Joker has been in and out of the Arkham Asylum for the criminally insane for many years.  During one of his stays in the mental institution, The Joker encounters Dr. Harleen Quinzell.  The Joker tricked the doctor into falling in love with him and then she subsequently helped him escape.  Now on the brink of madness herself, Dr. Quinzell changed her name to Harley Quinn and became the Joker's loyal sidekick.

Some of the Joker's best lines include:

"Have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?"

"Wait 'til they get a load of me."

"Why so serious?"

"You complete me."

"Ba...Ba...Batman, darling."

"I can't wait to show you my toys."

Wolverine

James Howlett (aka the Wolverine) was actually born a very fragile and sickly child.  Underneath all that frailty, however, were quite a few dormant, but amazing mutant qualities that would eventually be unearthed.  During a time of extreme duress, the Wolverine's unique powers were revealed.  The Wolverine possesses superhuman senses, including a heightened sense of smell, sight, and hearing.  The Wolverine's ultra sharp senses allow him to track anyone or anything, unlike any other.  The Wolverine also possesses an amazing healing ability.  If he is hurt or damaged in any way, his body will regenerate and heal itself at an extremely rapid pace.  The Wolverine also has excellent fighting skills and is simply unsurpassed when it comes to many forms of the martial arts or various methods of hand-to-hand combat.

The Wolverine is often most noted for his retractable bone claws that are usually stowed away up inside his forearms.  These claws are actually a unique part of the Wolverine's skeletal system. He can pull the claws out at will when he needs to use them. The claws are very sharp and when used during the fighting, can cause his victim severe bodily damage such as deep cuts that go way into the flesh and bone.

The Wolverine carries himself with a calm, rather badass manner.  He now also now goes by the name, "Logan."

Some of the best Wolverine lines include:

"You might remember that 'annoyed' is my natural state."

"I'll drop you like yesterday's newspaper."

"Haven't met anyone who's invulnerable to a well-planted elbow in the groin."

"Next time I'll really hurt ya."

"I'm ready to rip!"

Thor

Thor, the hammer-wielding Norse god of thunder and lightening, is often overshadowed by the likes of Ironman, Captain America, and Guardians of the Galaxy.  Some may even say that Thor comes off as a bit of an oaf.  The truth is, however, that Thor is much more intelligent than you might think and carries himself with confidence and determination, tempered with compassion.  Son of Odin and Gaea, Thor is a massive being, standing at 6'6" tall with a body that possesses tissue that is far denser than normal human flesh; making bodily injury to Thor far less likely.  Thor is a warrior and supremely skilled at hand-to-hand combat and swordsmanship.  He also chucks a mean hammer, preferring to use his handy enchanted hammer, Mjolnir as a weapon.

Thor is resistant to disease and infirmity and because of his rugged body composition; it's tough to maim the Almighty Thor.  The latest Thor movie, "Thor: Ragnarok" is set to be released during the fall of 2017.

Some of Thor's best lines include:

"This drink.  I like it!  ANOTHER!

"Do I look to be in a gaming mood?"

"You're big.  I've fought bigger."

"I am Thor!"

"Now you face the mightiest Avenger of all!"

"You want me to put the hammer down?"

Spiderman

Peter Parker became Spiderman when at the tender age of fifteen he was bitten by a radioactive spider.  The bite infused Peter with spider like qualities and empowered him in ways that were unimaginable, changing Peter forever into "Spiderman."  As Spiderman, Peter Parker has incredible agility and surprising strength, now having the ability to lift about one hundred times his own weight. Spiderman can cling to nearly anything and uses his agility and acrobatic skill to move around.  Spiderman uses web shooters worn at his wrists to eject a sticky, web-like material.  This substance can help him move around or even to disable his enemies.

Peter Parker was just a young man when he became Spiderman and obtained his superpowers.  At times he struggles with the immense pressure of being Spiderman, the unique abilities he possesses and his life's purpose.  Many times Peter Parker wishes he could just be an average person.  In spite of his occasional inner wrangling, Peter realizes that "with great power comes great responsibility."

"This is my gift, my curse.  Who am I? I am Spiderman."

"Nice to have a fan."

"No one seems to grasp the concept of the mask!"

"You seriously think I am a cop in a skintight red and blue suit?"

"Ahem, you know, if you're going to steal cars, don't dress like a car thief!"

"It's all spandex."

"We all have secrets; the ones we keep, and the ones that are kept from us."

Captain America

Captain America is probably the most patriotic superhero ever created and remains a heroic symbol of freedom and liberty.  Once known as Steve Rogers, a frail and sickly person, Steve was transformed entirely by an experimental super serum given to him by the government.  The super serum altered Steve in the most unusual ways.  Steve Roger's once fragile body became incredibly strong, agile and athletic, now able to function at the maximum level of human perfection.

Once trapped in ice for a rather lengthy period, Captain America is revived in the modern day.  Because Captain America is a little out of his time, he sometimes comes off as an overgrown, old-fashioned boy scout with the very best of intentions.  Captain America is a natural leader and embraces his role as the head of the Avengers.  He is competitive, determined and fights for what is right.  Captain America has very high standards and expects the same from others.  Captain America's idealism can be a lot to deal with at times, but there is no doubt, Captain America is devoted to his friends and incredibly courageous and heroic.

Captain America possesses a complete command of his human body because of his high level of strength, agility, speed and endurance.  He has no extraordinary superhuman powers, however, and is still susceptible to most human vulnerabilities.  Captain America's weapon of choice is his legendary shield, which itself is nearly indestructible.

Some of Captain America's best lines include:

"I can do this all day."

"I don't like bullies."

"I'm just a kid from Brooklyn."

"I've been asleep for seventy years.  I think I've had enough rest."

Harry Potter is a pretty unassuming and modest kid, but as time goes by, Harry discovers that he is much more powerful and has more courage than he ever imagined.  Harry is a loyal leader and is also very curious, charitable, hardworking and stubborn with a distinct mischievous streak running through him. Harry Potter possesses a unique magical power that is a supernatural force that has the potential to alter reality.  As he becomes more astute at honing his wizardry skills, Harry learns to use his wand to cast spells, make and use mystic potions and magical objects.  Harry Potter has incredible determination and will always stand up for what he believes in as well as staying devoted to his friends.

Elsa

Disney's "Elsa" from the animated feature film, Frozen is based on Hans Christian Anderson's fairy tale, The Snow Queen.   Elsa was born with some unique and mighty powers.  She possesses the ability to create ice and snow.  Her parents, the monarchs of Arendelle, raise Elsa to respect her powers but she has extreme difficulty controlling them.  After her mother and father's unfortunate death, Elsa is crowned as Queen of Arendelle, but unfortunately, Elsa gets caught up in her emotions of the day, and her powers are accidentally released with disastrous results.  Now Arendelle has been cursed with eternal winter!  Elsa decides that she must put herself into a self-imposed exile to ensure that she never harms anyone or anything ever again.  Elsa continues to wrestle mightily with the storm that continually rages within her and her inability to properly get a handle on her special powers. Elsa lives in constant fear of hurting people, her younger sister Anna in particular, which is why she stays away from Anna.  Elsa remains locked away in her icy castle, fearing each and every day that she may become a monster.

Underneath it all, Elsa really is a good person.  She has just become completely trapped by the fear of her own self.  Her struggle with her insecurity only gets worse in isolation, and it is then only through the power of her sister's love that she can break through and overcome her fears.

Some of Elsa's best lines include:

"I don't care what they're going to say. Let the storm rage on.  The cold never bothered me anyway."

"You can't marry a man you just met."

"Let it go! Let it go! Can't hold it back anymore!"

Anna is a happy and carefree person with an ebullient and bubbly personality.  She has fond memories from the past, however, and the loving relationship that she once shared with her sister.  Anna longs to reconnect with Elsa and attempt to make things right again.  Anna embarks on a dangerous mission that will test her fearless bravado and can-do spirit as she tries desperately to save her family as well as Arendelle.

Superman has a wide array of superpowers.  Most people already know that Superman is "faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound."  Superman is famous for his incredible strength, super speed, super vision powers, super hearing and of course, super intelligence.  Standing at 6'3" and 225 pounds, Superman strikes quite a massive presence.  Hey, they don't call him the "Man of Steel" for nothing, right?

In spite of his incredible physical prowess, Superman is kind-hearted, noble and unselfish.  Sometimes referred to as the "boy scout in blue," Superman has a strong moral compass and always tries to use his powers within the law of the land.

Some of Superman's best lines include:

"Easy, Miss.  I've got you."

"I'm here to fight for truth, and justice, and the American way."

Cinderella

The story of Cinderella is the quintessential rags to riches story, beloved by generations and reinvented many times.  Cinderella's unfortunate turn of events begins when her father dies suddenly, leaving her in the care of a nasty stepmother who despises poor Cinderella.  Cinderella is forced by her stepmother to be a maid in her own home.  She dresses in rags while her two evil stepsisters dress in finery.  Cinderella is a servant to them all and is forced to endure all manner of ridicule and abuse.  In spite of her rough circumstances, Cinderella remains hopeful.  Forever a dreamer, Cinderella longs for a better day and remains cheerful in her life of utter drudgery.

When the Prince announces that there will be a ball in the village, the household is a flurry of activity as the stepsisters both prepare themselves to attempt to capture Prince Charming's attention.  Cinderella takes one of her mother's old dresses and remakes it to wear herself.  Immediately jealous of Cinderella's great beauty, the evil stepsisters tear at Cinderella's dress and ruin it.  The wicked stepmother then tells Cinderella that she may not attend the ball.  Heartbroken, Cinderella cries in despair as her stepsisters and stepmother leave for the royal ball.  After a well-timed appearance from her Fairy Godmother, Cinderella is transformed through magic.  She now has a lovely gown, a pair of unique glass slippers and a coach to take her to the ball in style.  The only catch is that the spell is broken at midnight, so she must return home before the clock strikes twelve.

Some of Cinderella's best lines include:

"It feels like a dream better than a dream."

"No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dream that you wish will come true."

"Oh, well, what's a royal ball?  I suppose it would be frightfully dull, and boring, and completely...completely wonderful.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Once upon a time, down in the depths of the New York City sewer, four baby turtles were seen crawling around in strange ooze--and this is where the story of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles began.  The turtles mutate--the result being the groovy foursome known today as the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."  Trained by a sensei that is also a rat, the turtles learn the art of Ninjitsu and set out to battle all manner of criminals, aliens, bad guys, and villains.  Each of the turtles is named after a Renaissance artist.  Although the Ninja Turtles work together as a team, individually, they have unique personality traits.

Donatello-Donatello is the brainiac of the Ninja Turtle foursome.  He loves to invent things and dabbles in science.  The technical genius of the group, Donatello would much prefer to fight his enemies with his brain power as opposed to physical fighting.  That said, when fighting is necessary, he will dive right in--his preferred weapon being a Bo Staff.  Donatello wears a purple mask.

Leonardo-Leonardo is the active leader of the Ninja Turtles and is usually the one making tactical decisions.  Leonardo is conscientious and dependable and tries to maintain discipline and order within the group. Thus Leo is usually the one giving out the orders. Leonardo wears a blue mask and prefers to fight with a Katana.

Michelangelo-Although all the turtles are technically teenagers; Michelangelo is by far the turtle who most behaves like one.  Michelangelo speaks like a surfer dude in cool California style lingo, loves video games and comics, and he also adores pizza.  Michelangelo possesses a very laid-back personality.  He likes to joke around and is always making wisecracks.  A true free spirit, Michelangelo could best be described as a loveable goofball.  Michelangelo wears an orange mask and prefers to fight with Nunchucks.

Raphael-Raphael is the most intense Ninja Turtle.  Possessing a bit of a New York attitude, Raphael is a hot head with a very aggressive nature.  Raphael fights proficiently with a pair of Sai, proving over and over that if you mess around with this bad boy, you are going to pay dearly.  In spite of his anger management issues, Raphael is a loyal friend and works very hard to protect those he cares about. Raphael wears a red mask.

Some of the best lines of the Ninja Turtles include:

All:  Cowabunga!

Leonardo:  "We were awesome!"

Michelangelo:  "Pizza...pizza!"

Michelangelo:  "God, I love being a turtle!"

Following in the legacy of her family, Princess Leia also becomes a Jedi Knight.  Headstrong, with high intelligence as well as beauty, Princess Leia brings her leadership skills into play during the Galactic Civil War, setting herself apart as a real hero of the galaxy.  Princess Leia has many unique and special skills including being quite skilled with a lightsaber and in true Jedi fashion, can also engage the Force when necessary.  Princess Leia can also fly a Starfighter with the best of them and is a skilled marksman, using her handy blaster.  In spite of all her toughness, Princess Leia is also known to be very dutiful, unselfish and compassionate.

When it comes to her physical appearance, Princess Leia is probably most well known for her cinnamon buns-style hairdo.  Her unique "do" is patterned after the Hopi Indian squash blossom hairstyle.

Some of Princess Leia's best lines include:

"Why you stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking Nerf herder."

"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope."

"Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper?"

"I'd just as soon kiss a Wookie."

Rey

In "Star Wars: The Force Awakens, audiences were introduced to the epic franchise's latest heroine, Rey lives in the middle of the harsh desert of Jakku, eeking out a meager existence by scavenging for scraps.  It's a struggle for Rey to survive, but in the process of living under some very tough and very humble circumstances, Rey has become strong.  The chance meeting of a droid will change everything for Rey, and it isn't long before she realizes that she has a far greater destiny than her current circumstances would indicate.

To survive day to day, Rey has learned to be a good fighter and fierce warrior.  She is in great physical shape out of necessity and has learned several galactic languages.  Rey possesses the necessary skills of a mechanic and a pilot.  She also is pretty handy with a blaster!  Rey wears clothing that protects her from the desert climate and always has ready her quarterstaff, which Rey uses to assist her in navigating about as well as in occasional combat situations.  At some point, Rey will learn to use a lightsaber when she discovers that Luke Skywalker's powerful weapon is destined to be hers.

Some of Rey's best lines include:

"The garbage 'll do."

"I am no one."

"You'll never be as powerful as Darth Vader."

"I think I can handle myself."

"Stop taking my hand!"

"We'll see each other again.  I believe that."

Kylo Ren

Kylo Ren was born with the name Ben Solo and is the son of Princess Leia and Han Solo.  Feeling neglected and abandoned by his very busy and otherwise engaged parents, Ben was an easy target for the temptation of the Force's dark side.  Becoming the apprentice to the Supreme Leader Snoke of the first order, Kylo Ren tries to bury his past, as he believes it is now his destiny to rule over the more powerless within the galaxy.  Kylo Ren has now fully embraced the dark side and continues to worship the dark parts of his notorious grandfather, Darth Vader.

In spite of all outward appearances, Kylo Ren is deeply conflicted.  He is often angry and prone to bursts of temper.  Kylo Ren wears a black mask that is fashioned after the battle gear worn by the Knights of Ren.  The mask causes his voice to deepen and lower, making him sound much more gruff and menacing than he normally would.   Kylo Ren has full command of the use of his lightsaber and will engage telekinetic skills from the Force during combat.

Some of Kylo Ren's best lines include:

"I will fulfill our destiny."

"Nothing will stand in our way.  I will finish what you started."

"Show me again, Grandfather, and I will finish what you started."

Alice in Wonderland

Alice is the famous heroine of Lewis Carroll's novel, "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and the many feature films based on these children's stories.  Alice herself is thought to be about seven years old but is depicted as closer to teenage in some movies.  Alice is ingenious and curious and filled with imagination.  Alice is very mannerly, courteous and polite and gets upset when others demonstrate rudeness.  In spite of being well behaved, Alice has notoriously found herself in some strange predicaments and then facing the consequences of her own missteps.  At first glance, Wonderland seems like a beautiful place for imaginative Alice to explore--but she quickly learns that navigating this strange place may not be so easy.

Alice's signature look is a cerulean blue knee length dress.  She wears a white pinafore on top of the dress and accessorizes her look with white stockings and black strap Mary Jane shoes with a matching black ribbon tied in her hair.

Alice is kind, savvy and ready for an adventure.  She is loving and gentle--but oh so very curious.  Perhaps her extreme curiosity is her ultimate downfall--certainly, it does get her into a bit of trouble.

Some of Alice's best lines include:

"Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

"It's no use going back to yesterday because I was a different person then."

"Curiouser and curiouser!"

"Who in the world am I? Ah, that's the great puzzle!"

The Mad Hatter

The Mad Hatter, sometimes also known as Tarrant Hightopp, is one of the main characters featured in Lewis Carroll's acclaimed novel, "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland."  The Mad Hatter appears to be entirely insane. Thus his familiar moniker is well deserved.  During the Victorian era, haberdashers and hat makers often used a substance containing mercury.  Long-term mercury exposure would eventually cause erratic or unstable behavior.  In the instance of this crazy hat maker, however, his mental instability seems to have more to do with his longstanding conflicts with the Queen of Wonderland.

The Mad Hatter is obsessed with tea parties and tea time in general.  He loves to entertain his guests with bizarre and completely nonsensical poetry and riddles that have no solutions.  In general, The Mad Hatter has lousy manners, and most of his guests are quite exasperated by his strange and perplexing behavior.

The Mad Hatter's look is as crazy as his personality.  He wears a large top hat with a 10/6 tucked in the band.  The 10/6 is actually the price tag; 10 shillings, 6 pence being the cost.  A colorful spotted bowtie is around The Hatter's neck, and he finishes off his look with a spiffy jacket and laced up shoes.

Some of The Mad Hatter's best lines include:

"If you knew time as well as I, you wouldn't dream of wasting it."

"Very Merry Unbirthday!"

"Down with the bloody Red Queen!"

"Have I gone mad?"

Beetlejuice

Beetlejuice, the legendary Bio-exorcist of the netherworld, is a vulgar and irreverent ghost. Beetlejuice possesses a larger than life personality, and this half crazy ghost is known to be quite crude, coarse and to top it all off, he is pretty darn full of himself.  Beetlejuice loves to scare people and is always pulling strange pranks on the living while enjoying every minute of it.

Beetlejuice has quite a few supernatural powers including the ability to levitate, regenerate and teleport.  He can also shapeshift and can possess his victims as well.  Beetlejuice's number one talent is Bio-exorcism--in other words, getting rid of humans.  If you need his services, just say his name three times--Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!

Beetlejuice has a rather shocking, somewhat decomposed-looking appearance.  He has a very unruly, shocking hairdo, moldy, rotting facial features, and teeth that appear to be severely decayed.  Beetlejuice also wears a black and white striped suit--perhaps suggesting that he is a prisoner in his own afterlife.

Some of Beetlejuice's best lines include:

"Don't you hate it when that happens?"

"I'm feeling a little, uh, anxious if you know what I mean. It's been about six hundred years, after all. I wonder where a guy, an everyday Joe like myself, can find a little action."

"I'm the ghost with the most, babe."

"It's showtime!"
